Understand your free tries before you sign up
The guest workspace is there so you can see Aligned Church work on your own church before you commit: no account, no card. It isn't unlimited, though. You get 8 free requests, and knowing what uses one (and what makes Setup appear) saves you a surprise halfway through a question.
1/3 · Ask what it costs as often as you like
Good to know
- When you reach 8 requests, the Setup panel slides out on its own. Anything you ask after that gets a short note pointing you to Setup. Nothing is charged, and nothing you've tried is lost.
- Everything you try in the guest workspace stays with you when you create your account, because the account is made from the same workspace.
- Want to talk to a person first? Help on the left rail needs an account too, so a guest sees Create a free account to message us with a Create account button in place of the message box.
If it’s not working
It says I'm out of free requests
You've used your guest requests, and that's the product working, not an error. Create your free account in the Setup panel: everything you built comes with you, and nothing is charged today.
I asked it to do something and it opened Setup instead
That was real work, which needs an account first. Create your account, then press the button with your words on it (or ask again) and it runs.
I already have an account. Can I sign in instead?
Yes, with Log in under the account form. What you tried as a guest stays with the guest session, not with that account, so redo anything you want to keep once you're signed in. Don't create a second account with another email: that starts a separate church.
