When a free workspace can't be opened right then, you land on Register for a free account to get started. instead. Register there, or come back and press Start chatting free again later.
It keeps asking me to create an account
Questions are free to ask, but real work, like adding people, building your site or starting giving, needs a free account first. Nothing is charged when you make one.
