Understand what Aligned Church costs
Aligned Church is $10 a month for each module you choose, and $0 once your church's Aligned Giving is set up. You don't have to work out where you stand from a pricing page: your own Plan page shows what you pay today and the one date that matters.

Good to know
- The 5 modules are Manage, Website, App, Social and Automations. Website includes Research and SEO at no extra charge, and one module on its own is a perfectly good plan.
- “Set up” means your Aligned Giving account is approved and able to take gifts. If you applied from the chat before putting a card on file, your Plan page can already read “Every module you have selected is free.” while the application is in review. Either way, the Plan page shows where you stand, and nothing about the price changes without an email first.
- How long your free window runs depends on how you chose to give. With Aligned Giving you have 45 days from the day you registered to get it set up. Keeping the giving platform you have gets a 14-day free trial, and billing starts when it ends. Either way, we email the account owner at least 7 days before any first charge.
- Aligned Giving itself has no monthly fee. Gifts carry ordinary processing costs: card gifts 2.9% + 30¢, and bank (ACH) gifts 1% + 30¢, capped at $10 a gift. Donors can choose to cover the fee.
If it’s not working
Our giving application was approved, but the plan still isn't $0
The $0 price starts once your Aligned Giving is fully set up: approved and able to take gifts. If the agreement still needs signing or the bank account isn't finished, finish those in Giving. If Giving is ready and the plan still shows a price, message us from Help and a person will sort it out.
I can't find Plan in Settings
Plan is only shown to the church's account owner. If you're on staff, ask the owner to check it for you.
It says “You don't have an Aligned Church plan yet.”
Your church hasn't finished setup. Press Setup at the top of the screen and follow its first step: you'll choose how your church will give and put a card on file. Nothing is charged that day.
We got an email saying you'll charge us
That's the heads-up we send at least 7 days before any first charge. It says what would be charged and when, and how to finish setting up giving, trim your plan or cancel. Reply to it and a person answers.
It says “That didn't load — try again.”
Close Settings with the × and open it again. If it keeps happening, message us from Help.
