Common questions

Account & sign-in

AlignedAI uses email-based sign-in. If you can’t get in, make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with, and check your spam folder for the sign-in link. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll sort it out.

Billing & subscriptions

You can view, change, or cancel your plan in Settings → Billing — the same screen on the web and in the mobile app. For refunds or billing questions, email our support team.

Your data

Your conversations and church content are private to your account. Deleting your account is self-serve: Settings → Account → Delete account. The screen names exactly what goes before you confirm, and it can’t be undone.

There is one case it doesn’t do for you. If you are the only person on your church and that church holds giving or congregation records — gifts, scheduled giving, donor details, or people in its directory — the screen refuses and sends you to support instead, because those are records about other people. Email our support team from your account email, or use the Support button in the app, and a person removes the church and your account by hand. Which records those are, and why giving records outlive an account, is in the Aligned Church Privacy Policy.

For a copy of your data, email our support team from your account email. Ask for it before you delete — deletion is permanent and we cannot produce a copy afterwards. What we keep after a deletion, and for how long, is in our Privacy Policy, which also covers how we handle and protect your information.

Using the app

AlignedAI helps pastors and church teams with sermon prep, Bible study, and everyday church work. AI output can be inaccurate — always review it before relying on or publishing it. If a feature isn’t behaving as expected, let us know what device you’re on and what you were doing, and we’ll dig in.
