Planning Center Giving costs the least of the ranked platforms that publish prices, even with its Giving plan and its $5 Text2Give number: 2.15% + 30¢ per card gift and 30¢ per bank gift, plus a Giving plan from $0 to $239 a month that climbs with your donations, cash and checks included. Zeffy, a fundraising platform for nonprofits, charges the church nothing per gift and asks each donor for an optional contribution instead.

There's no subscription: Givelify charges no signup, monthly, contract or cancellation fees. Each donation costs 2.9% + 30¢ on Visa, Mastercard and Discover or 3.5% + 30¢ on American Express, and it lists cards only.

Tithely vs Givelify: which is better?

Per card gift they cost the same. Pick Tithely if your donors give by bank or by text (its text giving is $19 a month), and Givelify if they give by card in an app and next-day deposits matter most.

Can donors cover the processing fee?

On most platforms here, yes. With Aligned Giving, donors can choose to cover the processing fee at checkout, and the church then receives the full gift. Givelify is the exception: the church pays the fee unless it offers donors an opt-in contribution that covers part of it.
