Research and SEO are part of Website. They are full products with their own workspace — they are just not a separate line on your bill.
Aligned Giving — never billed
A giving page in your church's colors, recurring gifts, text-to-give links, cash and check batches, funds, donors and year-end statements — all in the same workspace as everything else. Giving is not a module you can buy, because it is the thing that makes the others free.
There is no monthly fee for Aligned Giving. Gifts carry the usual payment processing rates, confirmed for your church during underwriting — as a guide, card gifts run about 2.9% + 30¢ and bank (ACH) gifts about 1% + 30¢, capped at $10. The 30¢ matters more than the percentage on a small bank gift and the cap matters more on a large one, so a flat "about 1%" would understate one and overstate the other. Donors can choose to cover the fee so your church receives the full gift.
About the card you put on file
When you get started you will choose your modules, enter a card and tick a box agreeing to the plan terms. Here is exactly what that means, in the order it happens.

Nothing is charged that day.
Your card is stored with our payment provider so we can bill you later if we ever need to. We never see or keep the full number.

Once your giving is running through Aligned, it stays $0 a month.
There is nothing to claim and no coupon to remember. It is simply the price for churches whose giving comes through us — your ordinary week-to-week giving, however it arrives.

You get 45 days to get giving going.
The 45 days start the day you get started — one window, from registration. Opening a giving account takes a business day or two, so it is worth starting early in the window rather than late.

Keeping the giving you have? Your first 14 days are free.
The 45 days above are runway to get an Aligned Giving account open — underwriting, a bank account, a first Sunday through it. If you are keeping your current platform there is none of that to do, so what you get is a straight 14-day trial of everything you picked. Move your giving to Aligned during it and your window becomes the full 45 days from the day you started.

We email you before anything is charged.
At least 7 days before that window closes, we write to the account owner with the amount, the date and what to do about it. No card is ever charged before that email has gone out, nothing is charged for at least 7 days after it, and if you reply in that time we hold the charge for as long as we are talking.

After that, it is $10 a month per module.
If your church's giving still isn't up and running through Aligned by then, we charge for the modules you selected and set up a monthly plan from there. Nothing switches off. Start giving through Aligned later and the monthly plan is cancelled and you are back to $0.

You are never locked in.
Change which modules you have or cancel the whole plan yourself, any time, from Settings in your workspace. Charges appear on your statement as Aligned Church AI.
