What's included in the free plan

The free plan isn't a trial: nearly every feature is included, and nothing expires on a date. What it limits is how much you make — 200 requests a month, and a request only counts when Aligned writes something substantial. Here's where to see your plan and what's left.

Good to know

  • A request only counts when Aligned writes something substantial, like a sermon draft, a study or a plan. Quick questions, short answers and follow-ups are free, and nothing you say to the Assistant counts.
  • Generated images have their own allowance: 20 a month. Asking for four options uses four of them (and one request). Pictures you upload never count.
  • The free plan also includes 1 automation (your daily brief doesn't count toward it), your latest 10 YouTube sermons with Sync another 10 to reach further back, and one staff invite whose seat switches on when your church moves to Pro.
  • Deleting a chat doesn't give a request back — the count lives on your account, not in the chat.

If it’s not working

I asked something and the counter didn't move

That's expected. Short answers and follow-ups are free; only a substantial piece of writing counts.

It stopped me before the month was over

There's a daily pace as well as the monthly allowance. You hit today's limit explains when it comes back and what you can do meanwhile.

My requests didn't come back at midnight on the 1st

The month turns over on the 1st in UTC time, which can be a few hours before or after your own midnight. Give it a little longer.

We're on Pro but I'm seeing a limit

That shouldn't happen — Pro has no limits. Reload the page; it usually clears. If it doesn't, message Support.
