Get missing or skipped sermons to sync
You preached it on Sunday, but it isn't in Aligned yet — or only some of your sermons came in. The reason is almost always on your screen already. Here's where to look, and what to do about each one.

Good to know
- That limit only decides how far back Aligned reaches. A new sermon that's newer than everything you have still comes in on its own.
- A podcast feed shares the same limit: pressing Sync another 10 in either place raises both.
- Closed the pop-up? It won't come back for the same problem in that browser. Sync now in your Brain does the same thing.
If it’s not working
Some of my videos say Skipped
Aligned passes over videos that aren't sermons: clips and anything under about ten minutes, announcements, worship sets and promos, streams longer than four hours, and videos without captions that run over 90 minutes. The row doesn't say which reason applied, and skipped rows stay listed so you can see what was passed over. If a real sermon was skipped, tell us from Support.
One sermon has said Pending for days
It has no captions, so it's being transcribed from its audio. Those go one at a time, newest first, so an older sermon can take a few days. It comes in by itself — there's nothing to redo.
It says syncing is paused while we top up transcription credits
That one is on our side. Nothing is lost, and Aligned catches up on its own.
The pop-up says “That didn't go through”
Press Try again once more. If it keeps failing, message us from Support and we'll look at the channel with you.
Not a single sermon has ever come in
Press the unlink icon on your channel's card to disconnect it, then connect again with the filter box left empty, pasting the address copied from your channel page on YouTube. If still nothing comes in, message us from Support.
