Come back to Pro with an offer
You cancelled Pro and you're already missing it. Two offers can bring you back for less: 30 days free, offered right after you cancel, and — if you told us you were only pausing — 20% off for as long as you stay, by email about a month later.

1/5 · Right after you cancel, find Give us 30 more days — free under your plan
Good to know
- Each offer can be used once per church. The 30-days-free offer lasts 7 days after you cancel; the 20%-off email lasts 30 days.
- Yearly plans aren't offered the free days, and neither is a cancel whose note asked for money back — a person handles refunds instead.
- The 20% off lasts as long as that subscription does. If you cancel again, a later restart is at the regular price.
If it’s not working
It says “This offer has expired.”
The free days are only offered for 7 days after cancelling. You can still come back any time with Unlock Pro, at the regular price.
It says “This offer has already been used.”
Your church has taken it before, and it's once per church. Unlock Pro restarts Pro the usual way.
It says “We couldn't find a saved card. Please re-subscribe instead.”
There's no card left on file to restart with. Press Unlock Pro and enter a card.
It says “That offer isn't available anymore — but you can restart Pro anytime.”
The 20%-off offer ran past its 30 days, or was already used. Unlock Pro restarts Pro at the regular price.
I cancelled and never saw an offer
It isn't offered on a yearly plan, after a cancel that asked for a refund, or to a church that has used it before. Nothing is wrong with your account.
