Get help from a real person
Sometimes you don't want another article — you want someone to look at your account and tell you what's going on. Support is a conversation with our team, right inside Aligned. Here's how to start one, and what happens after you press send.

1/5 · Click Support — the life ring near the bottom of the left rail
Good to know
- Something broken? Say what you tapped and what you saw. We'll reply in the thread when we're looking into it, and again when it's fixed so you can try it.
- When a conversation is sorted, it asks did we get it sorted? — Yes or Not quite goes straight to the team, and neither one closes or reopens anything. If something's still wrong, just say so in the conversation.
- For a quick how-to, you can also ask the chat itself (“How do I change my Bible translation?”) — it answers from a checked list of Aligned's real screens.
If it’s not working
I can't find Support on my phone
It moved into the menu on September 26, 2026: tap More at the right end of the bar along the bottom, then Support. When we've replied, the count shows on More too.
Support asks me to sign in
A conversation with us needs an account for the reply to land in. Create a free account or sign in, and the panel opens where you left off.
It asked whether I meant to ask AlignedAI
Your message looked like something the chat can answer right now — a passage, a study or a sermon. If it's really for us, tap No, send to our team.
Feedback says “Failed to send. Please try again.”
Press Send Feedback again in a moment. If it keeps failing, send the same thing through Support instead — it reaches the same team.
