Good to know
- Want your own words, untouched? Use Transcript puts the full transcript in the editor exactly as it was preached, so you can pull quotes or shape it into an article yourself.
- Every sermon card has its own small Turn into too, so you can skip the ticking when you only need one sermon.
- Star your best sermons on their cards. They sort to the top under Highest rated, and they count most when Aligned learns how you preach.
- Turning a sermon into something counts as one request, like any other draft.
If it’s not working
I see Connect your YouTube channel instead of my sermons
Nothing has finished syncing yet. Paste your channel's @handle or link and press Connect — sermons appear one at a time as their transcripts finish. A podcast or a manuscript you added in Brain works too; this box shows until the first sermon is ready.
The sermon I wrote in Aligned isn't in the list
This list holds sermons you preached and synced, or manuscripts you added to Brain. Drafts you wrote and saved in the chat live in Saved Work instead — nothing is lost.
Last Sunday's sermon isn't there yet
Only sermons with a finished transcript appear. While your channel is still working you'll see a Syncing line with how many are ready and how many are in the queue, and the list fills in by itself.

The free plan starts with your most recent 10. Press Sync another 10 to reach further back, as often as you like. Pro syncs your whole YouTube channel.
It says “Couldn't load that sermon's transcript — try again in a moment.”
The transcript didn't come through that time. Wait a moment, tick the sermon again and pick the format again.
